If the managers or owners are doing their own business or working for the companies. They must do whatever assignments with passion and look forward to doing and achieve what they want to achieve.
This passion should be shared and understood by everyone involved in business or the project.
Most of the companies do not share the company vision, programs at all levels. If the employees do not understand the vision and purpose of the company, they would lack the passion for whatever they are doing.
The companies sharing their vision, strategies and passion for whatever they do, will always win in the competition and would be successful. without passion, companies would never get excellent results.
